Our approach
At Linnett Loving, we believe government can work for people. We work with local governments across the U.S. to solve their most pressing challenges and better serve their residents. We practice a human-centered and data-driven approach to discover root causes, ideate solutions, and design processes and programs. We know that despite competing priorities and limited resources, the overarching goal of the public sector is dedicated public service. Our work focuses on helping governments meet their goals to improve service delivery and address resident needs.
Government Innovation
Innovation can mean new technology, apps, and gadgets. But more often than not, we find innovation in our work to mean improving on strategies, processes, and programs that already exist. We help governments reach their service delivery goals by building on the foundations they already have.
Providing expertise in innovation design
We use a variety of proven methodologies to coach your team through challenge identification and solution design. Our strategic planning, process improvement, and design thinking experts will work with your team through the entire design process.
In-person and remote options
We have a virtual office. We’re able to work with you wherever you are, whether in-person or online and meet all necessary public health precautions. Even our design sessions can be conducted in a virtual environment when necessary.
